Help Build Our First Physical Boutique

LOLA Moda is preparing to open its first physical boutique in Naples, Florida. Our vision and operating foundation are already in place, but this is a new retail concept with meaningful work still ahead.

We are looking for a Store Manager who feels a genuine connection to the project and wants to help turn that vision into a strong, lasting client and team experience.

“We don’t sell an ideal image; we help every woman reconnect with who she already is.”

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position based primarily on the sales floor. The Store Manager brings together client experience, team development, commercial performance, daily operations, digital client engagement, and consistent brand execution.

The Store Manager also helps coordinate the boutique’s digital presence, ensuring that social content and product storytelling remain active, engaging, and aligned with the LOLA Moda brand. Content creation and on-camera participation may be shared with team members according to their individual strengths.

Working in close partnership with the Retail Development Manager, the Store Manager provides regular field feedback as the LOLA Moda retail model continues to develop.

What You’ll Bring

  • Leadership: Previous retail leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. Transferable management, hospitality, service, or client-facing experience, combined with strong leadership potential, will also be considered.
  • Commercial energy: You enjoy direct selling, personal styling, client development, and using performance information to improve results.
  • Digital confidence: You are comfortable using retail technology, digital clienteling tools, social media, and company-provided devices. You can coordinate or contribute to engaging, brand-aligned content without needing to be the sole creator or on-camera personality.
  • People skills: You lead positively, communicate clearly, remain dependable, welcome coaching, and combine empathy with accountability.
  • Project alignment: You are comfortable joining an organized but evolving concept and genuinely want to help build and improve it over time.
  • Retail availability: You can work a flexible retail schedule, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, holidays, and Sunday rotation.

What We Offer

  • Starting pay: Starting at $23.00 per hour, with the final rate based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and overall fit for the position.
  • Mutual 90-day review: A two-way conversation about performance, role fit, support needs, your experience, compensation, and next steps.
  • Work wardrobe: Company-provided LOLA Moda clothing for required in-store wear.
  • Employee shopping benefit: Access to preferred employee pricing on eligible merchandise.
  • Paid training: All mandatory training sessions and meetings are paid.
  • Growth: The opportunity to help shape our first boutique and grow with LOLA Moda as the retail concept develops.

Timing

The selected Store Manager is expected to join during September 2026 to support boutique preparation, initial product intake, team recruitment, onboarding, and paid training ahead of our planned October opening.
