General Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:
1. Return Period
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery date.
2. Condition of Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
Items with stains, odors, alterations, or any sign of wear will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Sale or clearance items (marked “Final Sale”)
Underwear, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Gift cards
4. Return Process
Contact our Customer Service team at contactlolamoda@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
Please include your order number and the reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
