HELP BRING THE LOLA MODA EXPERIENCE TO LIFE

Born in Europe. Made in Italy. Worn in Florida.

LOLA Moda offers expressive, easy-to-wear women’s fashion through a highly personalized client experience. We are looking for a warm, dependable, and style-minded Sales Assistant who enjoys listening, connecting, and helping each customer feel understood and confidently herself.

“We don’t sell an ideal image; we help every woman reconnect with who she already is.”

THE ROLE

The Sales Assistant is a direct ambassador of the LOLA Moda boutique experience. Working primarily on the sales floor, you will provide personalized styling and wardrobe guidance, build thoughtful client relationships, support the visual presentation of the boutique, and help execute daily POS, stock, and operational procedures.

Approximately 80% — Customer Experience, Styling & Selling

  • Welcome every customer warmly, listen actively, and create a relaxed, confidence-building experience.
  • Provide styling and wardrobe guidance based on each customer’s lifestyle, preferences, comfort, needs, and individual style.
  • Create complete, harmonious looks across apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products without pressure-based selling.
  • Build trust, maintain accurate Company-owned client records, and support approved, non-aggressive follow-up.
  • When assigned during paid working time, participate in approved styling demonstrations, photos, videos, or product presentations using Company devices and accounts.

Approximately 10% — Visual Presentation

  • Execute approved Stories, merchandising, display, and product-presentation directions.
  • Support recovery, replenishment, product care, and an immaculate boutique environment.
  • Maintain a polished, brand-appropriate appearance in accordance with the Company wardrobe policy.

Approximately 10% — POS, Stock Support & Operations

  • Accurately process approved sales, returns, exchanges, discounts, and other POS activity.
  • Support deliveries, product checks, tagging, replenishment, counts, damage reporting, stockroom organization, and inventory activities.
  • Protect customer information and follow cash-control, loss-prevention, privacy, and security procedures.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Customer connection: A genuine interest in listening, understanding, advising, and helping customers feel confident and respected.
  • Style sensitivity: An interest in fashion, personal styling, and thoughtful complete-look selling.
  • Relevant experience: Previous customer-facing experience in retail, fashion, styling, hospitality, or premium service is preferred but not required.
  • Sales motivation: Comfort engaging directly in selling and learning how product knowledge and thoughtful service support results.
  • Teamwork and reliability: Dependable attendance, punctuality, organization, attention to detail, respectful communication, and follow-through.
  • Adaptability: Comfort learning an evolving retail concept, POS systems, clienteling practices, and approved digital tools.
  • Retail availability: Availability may include opening and closing shifts, weekends, holidays, seasonal peaks, paid meetings, inventory activity, and approved events.
  • Employment eligibility: Legal authorization to work in the United States.

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Pay: $18.00 per hour. Part-time, non-exempt hourly position. Individual hours will be confirmed in the written offer.
  • Paid training: Mandatory training, meetings, and coaching sessions are paid.
  • Launch wardrobe: Up to two Company-approved LOLA Moda looks, distributed progressively during the first 90 days for required in-store wear.
  • Monthly wardrobe: After the introductory period, a Company-approved monthly wardrobe allocation generally representing approximately $150 in retail value.
  • Employee discount: 30% off eligible personal merchandise purchases.
  • Development: The opportunity to develop premium retail sales, styling, clienteling, visual, and operational skills while contributing to our first physical Florida boutique.
