We are looking for a hands-on, energetic Assistant Store Manager who feels a genuine connection to the project and wants to work closely with our Store Manager to build a welcoming, successful boutique, a dependable team, and a lasting client community.
“We don’t sell an ideal image; we help every woman reconnect with who she already is.”
THE ROLE
This is a trusted operational support position based primarily on the sales floor. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help maintain excellent customer flow, a warm boutique atmosphere, strong daily execution, and consistent LOLA Moda service and presentation standards.
Approximately 70% — Sales, Styling & Client Relationships
- Engage directly with customers and create a warm, confidence-building experience.
- Provide personalized styling and wardrobe guidance.
- Create thoughtful, complete looks across apparel, accessories, and lifestyle products.
- Build lasting client relationships through attentive, non-aggressive clienteling and follow-up.
Approximately 10% — Visual Presentation
- Execute approved merchandising, display, and product-presentation directions.
- Help ensure that the boutique, fitting rooms, and customer-facing areas consistently reflect LOLA Moda’s presentation standards.
Approximately 20% — Store Operations
- Support opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, returns and exchanges, inventory accuracy, receiving, replenishment, and stockroom organization.
- Help protect product condition, cash accuracy, customer information, and store-security standards.
- When specifically assigned as Manager on Duty, coordinate routine shift activity within established procedures.
Manager on Duty responsibility is temporary and does not include independent authority over hiring, discipline, compensation, unbudgeted spending, or material scheduling decisions.

- Commercial energy: Genuine enthusiasm for direct selling, personalized styling, confidence-building, and long-term customer relationships.
- Operational reliability: Dependable attendance, accuracy, organization, sound judgment, and readiness to learn procedures.
- Warm communication: Clear and respectful communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Digital confidence: Comfort using retail technology, POS systems, digital tools, and approved social-media content tools.
- Retail availability: Availability for opening and closing shifts, weekends, holidays, seasonal peaks, meetings, inventory activity, and approved events.

WHAT WE OFFER
- Pay: $21.00 per hour. Full-time, non-exempt hourly position, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Paid training: Mandatory training, meetings, and coaching sessions are paid.

- Monthly wardrobe: After the introductory period, a Company-approved monthly wardrobe allocation generally representing approximately $200 in retail value.
- Employee discount: 40% off eligible personal merchandise purchases.
- Mutual check-ins: Two-way conversations at approximately 30, 60, and 90 days covering onboarding, performance, support needs, expectations, and the working relationship.
- Meaningful contribution: The opportunity to help shape LOLA Moda’s first physical Florida boutique.
